Please Note:

Your mat may feel slippery at first, especially in downward dog. If you don’t sweat much, lightly mist the mat with water in hand and foot areas to activate grip. Over time, use will naturally improve traction.

Care Instructions:
Wipe clean with a damp cloth and allow to dry completely before rolling. A small amount of mild soap can be used occasionally. Avoid direct sunlight, which may fade the colour and weaken the rubber.

* Your mat may feel slippery at first - particularly in downward dog pose.  If you are unlikely to build up a sweat we recommend sprinkling a few drops of water where the hands and feet go as moisture improves the grip - as does wearing the mat in.
